Our restaurant sprouted a sibling delicatessen back in 2011, with the goal of applying our local & handcrafted ethos to everyday foods. We opened our second deli location in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood in 2014.


While a tremendous amount of our food comes from our fabulous farmer/partners, we leased a four acre property on beautiful Bainbridge Island and have developed our own gardens and orchard, with a more experimental focus. In 2016 we partnered with Farmer Kevin Block, bringing his wealth of experience, more property, and our own passel of Mangalitsa hogs.


Since 2012 we’ve been popping up our Neapolitan pizza night, Bruciato. Now our Monday night tradition has grown into its own incredible space right across the street.


New for 2016, we are pleased to introduce verjus, our vegetarian café and juice bar. The brainchild of Heidi McGill, verjus is a completely organic restaurant offering cold-pressed juice and delicious vegetarian fare in a bright, modern space on Madrone Lane in the heart of Bainbridge Island.
